How Sitka Gear is Setting the Standard For Training in the Outdoor World

SITKA Gear, a Montana-based maker of high-performance hunting apparel, designs gear through scientific innovation and rigorous field testing to deliver comfort, safety and concealment. Despite that product expertise, SITKA struggled to convey its brand story and product knowledge through generic training platforms, leaving dealers and employees underprepared to sell its premium gear.

SITKA partnered with Wisetail to build "The Shed," a branded learning platform for roughly 900 associates that presents lineup-focused training, mobile-friendly content, and a LEARN TO EARN system that converts training points into gear discounts. The tailored platform boosted engagement significantly, reinforced SITKA’s culture and sales knowledge, and is being positioned as a competitive advantage expected to drive higher sales and broader brand awareness.
