Bridgercare - Customer Case Study

Bridgercare, one of Montana’s largest nonprofit family planning clinics, provides comprehensive reproductive and primary care and community education to thousands each year. After a sudden six-figure cut to Title X funding, the clinic needed a more efficient way to manage orientation, federally required annual training, and internal communications for roughly 70 users to maintain services delivered on a sliding-fee scale.

Wisetail Works awarded Bridgercare a Wisetail LMS, to be administered by four experienced staff members, creating a single hub for documents, curriculum, volunteer schedules, and required training previously handled by spreadsheets and email. The platform is expected to reduce redundancies, keep information up to date, increase staff engagement, and help the clinic sustain care and education programs despite funding challenges.
