Zephyr Real Estate, the largest independent brokerage in the San Francisco area with nearly 300 full‑time agents, had just completed a company rebrand and moved to Google Apps for Work. WiseStamp implemented centrally managed, team- and agent-specific signatures (Zephyr uses six custom templates) and a dashboard to promote and update property listings. As a result, all 300 agents automatically include branded signatures and current listings in their emails, delivering brand compliance, saving time on updates, and turning daily corporate emails into a scalable marketing channel that boosts listings exposure and agent visibility.
