The customer, IGU, faced the challenge of maintaining the attention of 4,000 multicultural attendees over a 4-day congress and creating a platform where every delegate could contribute to the discussion. To overcome the difficulties of early morning sessions and passive audiences, they turned to the vendor Wisembly and its interactive solution.

Wisembly implemented a digital platform that allowed participants to post messages, react with "likes," and answer live polls. This solution enabled moderators to identify and pose the most relevant questions to speakers, dramatically increasing engagement. The results were highly successful, with over 2,500 messages posted and speakers able to focus on topics that truly mattered to the audience, transforming the congress into an interactive and collaborative event.
