France Congres, a national network of French city mayors and exhibition venue leaders, needed a digital solution to better engage attendees and align its event with delegates’ needs. For its Nancy event, it turned to Wisembly to make interaction easier, enrich the debate, and support participation before, during, and after the sessions.

Wisembly provided tools for pre-event document sharing and voting, live messaging and audience interaction during the event, and a post-event satisfaction survey. The result was nearly 100 platform logins, more than 150 messages, and participation rates above 40%, improving both delegate experience and overall engagement.
