Snooze, a Denver-based full-service breakfast and brunch concept with 27 units, faced challenges with waitlist abandonment, seating efficiency and lack of real-time reporting. The team suspected they could grow revenue by better aligning table capacity to actual demand but didn’t have the data to prove the size of the opportunity. To solve this, Snooze partnered with Wisely and used Wisely’s Waitlist to capture granular, real-time guest and demand data.

Wisely’s Waitlist analyzed roughly 580K parties and revealed that only 70–80% of seats were being utilized while on a wait, allowing Snooze to calculate a company-wide $100K/day lost revenue opportunity from sub‑100% seating utilization. Those insights from Wisely now drive floor-plan decisions for remodels and new builds, and waitlist abandonment has been added as a company KPI on the Weekly Scorecard and Board-level reporting.
