The Big Red F Restaurant Group, a Colorado-based operator of 13 restaurants across six concepts, struggled with small email lists and limited subscriber data that made location- and concept-specific marketing difficult and contributed to issues like waitlist abandonment, seating inefficiency, and lack of real-time reporting. They partnered with Wisely and implemented Wisely’s Guest WiFi and Audience Segmentation tools to better capture guest data and tailor communications.
Using Wisely’s Guest WiFi and Audience Segmentation (with support from Wisely’s Deliverability team), The Big Red F captured over 2,000 new emails per month (helping reach ~32k total) directly into their mass and triggered email systems, lifted average open rates from roughly 22–25% to over 35%, and achieved a 91% year‑over‑year increase in their “Marketing Engaged Guest” KPI.
