The Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts (İKSV) faced the challenge of managing and measuring the end-to-end audience experience across its numerous cultural events. They needed a way to gather insights before, during, and after events, collect instant feedback, and measure key metrics like NPS and CSAT for comparative analysis. To address this, they partnered with Wiseback and its solution for feedback collection.
Wiseback implemented its solution by creating event-specific digital forms accessed via QR codes at venues and SMS messages. This allowed İKSV to gather instant feedback and measure CSAT and NPS scores in real-time. The solution provided immediate insights that enabled the organization to make quick improvements. As a result, İKSV measured 105 events, collected over 25,000 feedback responses, and saw dramatic improvements, such as an event NPS score increasing from 46 to 89 and consistently high CSAT scores above 4.6 out of 5.
