This provided ElectrAssure with direct control, enabling remote diagnostics, faster fault resolution, and the ability to switch networks for resilience. The results included significant cost savings, such as saving six-man days of labor on a single site, reduced downtime, and enhanced business continuity for critical customer fleets.
