Autonome Energiesysteme GmbH (aes) developed a sustainable, containerized recycling system that converts plastic waste into oil. Their challenge was to securely and remotely manage these systems for customers without interfering with local IT infrastructure, requiring reliable connectivity with full encryption for confidential process data. They partnered with vendor Wireless Logic for a solution.

Wireless Logic implemented a solution using the robust Teltonika RUT241 router and their Conexa eSIM with a fixed IP. This provided aes with a secure, scalable, and remotely manageable cellular connection, ensuring encrypted data transmission via VPN. The result was a fully remote management capability for their recycling plants, guaranteeing data security and operational efficiency without on-site intervention.
