KIF1A.ORG, a nonprofit fighting a rare neurological disorder, faced the challenge of connecting a small, global community and raising funds with a difficult-to-use website and no paid staff. They partnered with Wired Impact to build a new website that could serve as a central hub to power their mission.

Wired Impact implemented a new website with a Pioneer design, featuring a blog for sharing stories, an online donation system, and custom contact forms. The solution enabled KIF1A.ORG to significantly grow, resulting in 521 online donations, 300 families represented, and the hiring of their first two full-time staff members. The website built by Wired Impact was instrumental in helping the organization secure a $450,000 grant to further their research.
