Wiraya's solution utilized its cloud platform to deploy a communication flow combining pre-recorded interactive voice calls and SMS to guide customers. This non-intrusive approach reached 93% of the targeted customers and successfully convinced over 20% of them to download and register for the app, resulting in a significant uplift in app usage for Jönköping Energy.
