The solution from Wiraya involved setting up an automated communication flow that combined personalized voice and text messages to create an interactive reminder. This service-oriented approach made it easy for customers to act, with the goal of improving the payment process for overdue invoices. The results were significant: the new reminders reached over 90% of the target audience, and DNB saw a 77% increase in paid invoices compared to the control group that only received postal reminders.
