Wipro implemented a 10-step Lean framework to decommission applications and transformed the CRM system using Oracle CRM On-Demand and tools like Informatica. This solution reduced call entry time from 30 minutes to under one minute and decommissioned over 1,000 applications. The Lean program saved the client over £60 million, while the CRM transformation significantly improved sales performance and user adoption for over 5,000 representatives.
