A privately owned Middle Eastern bank in the UAE was facing growing HR complexity as rapid expansion added more employees, locations, and support needs. It wanted a unified HR system to replace siloed legacy tools, improve employee experience, and scale efficiently across the Middle East. Wipro was brought in to help modernize its HR operations and mobile experiences using Oracle HCM Cloud and related services.

Wipro standardized the bank’s HR processes, integrated Oracle HCM Cloud with its on-premises Oracle E-Business Suite payroll system, and led change management and mobility improvements for 5,000 employees. The project delivered a single source of truth for HR data, faster and more accurate payslips, and better mobile access. Completed in six months, the transformation reduced cycle times by more than 35% and cut HR IT support costs by 26%.
