Streamlining Enterprise Processes for an Aviation Services Regulator

The Aviation Services Regulator, a government authority in the Middle East, needed to modernize its IT environment to handle rising air traffic and support safer, uninterrupted navigation services. Its legacy ERP and disconnected departmental systems relied heavily on manual work and costly maintenance, making it difficult to provide a single source of truth and real-time information across business functions. Wipro helped the regulator move from these fragmented systems to a future-ready cloud ERP platform using Oracle Cloud.

Wipro migrated the legacy ERP and offline systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud, implementing modules for Financials, Enterprise Planning and Budgeting, HCM, Supply Chain, Projects, Equipment Maintenance, and Enterprise Content Management. Wipro also redesigned the Chart of Accounts and automated financial processes, using its Zoom-to-Cloud framework and JumpStart Kit to speed delivery. The result was better visibility across the purchasing cycle, 8–10% higher end-user productivity, and 16% lower support and maintenance costs, while improving HR operations through centralized management.
