Masan Resources, through Nui Phao Mining Co. Ltd., needed to streamline production, sales, and logistics while eliminating information silos and improving reconciliation of stock, assay tracking, and pricing/compliance. The company selected Wipro and SAP Phase II for Production Planning, Sales and Distribution, and Batch Management to create a more integrated, data-driven operation.

Wipro implemented its Agile Mining SAP best-practice solution in 3.5 months, enabling real-time integration with the weighbridge, automated invoicing and contract-to-cash processes, and daily assay-based batch management. The result was improved operational efficiency, better visibility into costs and stock availability, stronger traceability from production to sales, and reduced revenue leakage through more accurate inventory control and pricing.
