Levi Strauss & Co. needed to scale a global B2B digital e-commerce platform with SAP ECC integration while expanding into the US without disrupting its Europe rollout. The company also wanted a consistent user experience across brands, countries, languages, currencies, and device types, and needed help migrating wholesale customers to the new online solution. Wipro supported the project using the Hybris B2B platform.
Wipro enhanced and deployed the second phase of the platform for the US marketplace, blending agile and waterfall delivery and handling integration, testing, and production support. The result was a scalable platform operating across 21 countries, 14 languages, and 11 currencies, with over 1,000 test cases executed and strong business impact: 395% fulfillment rate on orders created through Hybris, customer satisfaction above 90%, high-single-digit growth in online order volume, and double-digit year-over-year revenue growth through the online channel.
