Resolution Life needed to create a new online brand presence for AMP Life in Australia and New Zealand after its acquisition, while also improving user experience for customers and advisers, meeting content-management and security requirements, and lowering total cost of ownership. Wipro was brought in to help deliver the new digital experience platform using Acquia Drupal.

Wipro implemented the platform with end-to-end design support from Designit and completed the project remotely in 11 weeks. The new site improved security, content publishing, and functionality, and later enhancements included a chatbot, voice-of-customer features, API integrations, online forms, and accessibility improvements. Measurable results included a 60% increase in traffic and unique page views, bounce rates staying below 30%, and a 60% reduction in platform licensing costs.
