Grupo Éxito, a leading Colombian retailer, wanted to accelerate its business through automation while ensuring a clear return on investment, sustainable results, and low costs. Wipro implemented an RPA-based process automation plan for Grupo Éxito, including licensing, bot development, implementation services, objectives, and performance indicators to track impact. As a result, Grupo Éxito deployed 44 bots across more than 40 processes, automated over 14,000 transactions, improved productivity by more than 200% in areas such as billing, demand planning, payroll, and accounts receivable, and achieved accumulated savings of over COP 1,000 million (more than USD 250,000).
