Wipro helped the customer address these challenges using Oracle Cloud.
Wipro implemented a shared-services model on Oracle Cloud, using its Jumpstart Kit for a faster migration and deploying Financials, Supply Chain, Projects, Procurement, and HCM/Taleo Cloud modules. By retiring customizations and centralizing governance, Wipro enabled process integration across global business units, reduced IT maintenance effort and spend, improved asset maintenance and regulatory reporting, and introduced self-service tools that lowered support requests.
