Wipro provided an Infrastructure as a Service solution covering mainframe, mid-range storage, cloud, and end-user services, along with a multi-lingual service desk. They also managed the Service Integration & Management (SIAM) function. This partnership enabled the RSA Group to achieve standardization, improve end-to-end responsibility, and establish an agile and secure infrastructure platform to support profitable growth and its digital future.
