Leading Real Estate Transaction Company, one of Australia’s largest utility corporations, needed to replace aging ancillary-service applications used by property agents and brokers to support real estate transactions. The existing systems handled about 11,000 applications per day but had become vulnerable, hard to maintain, and too limited to scale with future growth. Wipro was brought in to modernize the platform and improve the customer experience.

Wipro built the new solution on SAP, using SAP CRM, S/4HANA, Fiori, TIBCO integration services, and Streamserve/OpenText for document management. The new platform enabled automated services, real-time application tracking, downloadable letters via web link, and a 360-degree view of each request. As a result, Wipro helped reduce response times, improve customer experience, and lower average handling time while minimizing regression impact by reusing legacy integrations.
