Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau, a private nonprofit with 85 employees, needed a faster way to integrate Concur Expense reimbursements into Intacct after migrating its accounting system. Before the change, the accounting team spent eight to ten hours each month manually downloading, reformatting, and arranging expense data, and the work did not require IT but did consume significant staff time.

To solve the problem, Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau deployed Brittenford’s Concur Connector for Intacct, also described as ExpenseConnect, with flexible data mapping.
