Prestige Care, Inc. needed a better way to prepare Positive Pay files for Wells Fargo across its 72 assisted living, skilled nursing, and retirement communities. Its manual process in Intacct required reformatting a check register for each submission, which created room for human error and was difficult to maintain across different computers. Prestige Care worked with Brittenford Systems on PositivePay for Intacct to address the process.

Brittenford Systems implemented PositivePay for Intacct in November 2012, allowing Prestige Care to auto-generate weekly files in the format Wells Fargo required. The solution also included voided check information, made monthly reconciliation easier, and eliminated computer-specific programming maintenance. According to Jodi Black, training took “maybe 5-10 minutes,” and the company now has a faster process and a better record.
