Peak Oilfield Services, based in Anchorage, Alaska, needed to operate more efficiently and respond more quickly to customer requests as it grew to more than 2,000 employees across four locations. The company also wanted to integrate its field-based job costing and headquarters accounting systems across several affiliated companies.

Wipfli LLP/Brittenford Systems helped Peak Oilfield Services replace its outdated proprietary job costing and billing system and move to Microsoft Dynamics GP for shared services accounting. The new setup gave Peak Oilfield faster access to data, more flexible reporting, efficient customizable processes, and lower cost of ownership while supporting a staff of 14 using modules for General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Human Resource, and Fixed Assets.
