Eagle Hill School - Customer Case Study

Eagle Hill School, founded in 1967, educates students in grades 8-12 and serves 220 students in a New England boarding school setting. The school needed a modern financial management solution because its legacy software could not support digital back-office or customer-facing processes, and its existing secondary education vendors did not offer a suitable open platform for automating mission-critical work, integrating business systems, or reporting without using Excel.

Wipfli LLP/Brittenford Systems implemented Sage Intacct’s cloud-based financial management and accounting software, along with integrations to Atrium’s Campus Card Management application and Blackbaud for single sign-on access. Wipfli also helped create a real-time web portal for student spending, cash dispensing, and the student store, giving Eagle Hill School real-time visibility into financial and statistical data while improving the parent and student experience.
