Coaching Association of Canada delivers 40+ Indigenous audio segments with Wintranslation

The Coaching Association of Canada needed to expand access to its "Mental Health in Sport" eLearning module beyond English and French, targeting Indigenous and newcomer communities. This created a complex localization challenge, involving translations into eight additional languages across video voice-overs, subtitles, and formatted documents. Wintranslation was engaged to manage the technical and cultural hurdles of this project.

Wintranslation implemented a structured, multi-step solution, combining pseudo-translation for technical compatibility, a full translation and editing workflow, and comprehensive desktop publishing and voice-over work. The process ensured high-quality, culturally appropriate outcomes across all languages. This successful multilingual launch by wintranslation allowed coaches and athletes nationwide to access vital mental health resources in their own languages, significantly extending the program's reach and impact.
