Levi Restaurants, a slopeside restaurant company owned by Levi Ski Resort, operates eight venues in Lapland and serves high volumes of fast food, drinks, and snacks to seasonal visitors. To better manage demand and reduce waste during busy winter periods, the company needed a more efficient way to follow up business performance and forecast daily sales. It uses the Winpos POS System, including the Winpos Backoffice application, for reporting and management.

With the Winpos POS System, Levi Restaurants runs reports at night and receives them by email, including a custom food product report showing all items sold the previous day. This has helped the company predict demand for items like doughnuts and lunch more accurately, reducing waste and improving profit margins. Levi Restaurants says the reporting tools are the best feature of the system, and the business has grown to about EUR 4.2 million in turnover.
