Holy Smoke, a restaurant and night club in Seinäjoki, wanted to reduce errors and streamline service after starting out with a slow, clumsy traditional cash register. Waiters were writing orders on notes, which created unnecessary manual work and slowed operations. Winpos POS System was brought in after discussions with Anvia to meet the restaurant’s functional and budget needs.

Winpos POS System implemented 2 fixed and 3 mobile POS terminals with integrated payment terminals, giving Holy Smoke a faster and clearer workflow. Orders now go directly from the POS to the kitchen, and sales, stock management, and preset authority reports are easier to handle. The restaurant says the installation and training were straightforward, and the improved efficiency is already supporting plans to expand to other cities.
