Friends & Brgrs, a fast-growing fresh casual hamburger chain, needed a POS system that could keep up with its rapid expansion and high order volumes. Its original setup relied on separate printed receipts for each order, which slowed kitchen operations and became impractical as the business grew. Winpos POS System implemented a flexible POS solution with kitchen displays, a kitchen printer, and customer beepers to streamline order flow and kitchen coordination. The system sped up service, improved delivery tracking, and enabled group serving so entire tables could be served together. Friends & Brgrs reported delivery times of about 6–12 minutes, grew from 7 to 140 staff in 18 months, and was able to expand to multiple cities, including its first overseas location in Copenhagen.
