Oy Fondis Ab, a restaurant company in Vaasa, wanted to stay ahead in the industry by improving service, technical capabilities, and day-to-day operations across four venues. To support this goal, it chose the Winpos POS System as its point-of-sale solution when renewing its older POS equipment.

Winpos POS System was implemented across all four locations, with about 12 points of sale, enabling automatic and paperless reporting and smoother operations. The solution also supported customer-service improvements and helped Fondis become the first Finnish restaurant to use Mobile Pay, while the company benefited from responsive local support and ongoing product development in collaboration with Winpos.
