Euronics, the leading consumer electronics retail chain in Europe, needed a modern business and product management system tailored to its demands across 139 stores in Sweden. The company wanted to improve purchasing, logistics, and product planning without relying on a central stock, while also finding a reliable supplier with strong references and the ability to customize and further develop the system. Winpos POS System was selected after a competitive review of 10 potential suppliers.

Winpos POS System will deliver its Eurostore complete POS and business/product management system to Euronics’ stores and head office in Stockholm. The solution is integrated directly with suppliers’ order systems to enable “virtual” stock management, better long-term purchase planning, and more efficient logistics from factory to store. Winpos is also providing required compliance modules for chip-based card payments and the Swedish tax authorities’ black box requirement, helping Euronics modernize operations and secure product supply.
