WinMan helps JTF to grow and develop their business

JTF Home & Garden, which operates 12 retail outlets and an online shop, was running on an ageing unsupported system that limited growth and online capability. To gain real-time stock visibility, traceability and enable e-commerce, JTF engaged WinMan ERP and rolled out WinMan software across the business — from customer registration and accounting to ePOS integration, a full warehouse management system (live in 2017) and WinMan Go for mobile picking and online order handling.

WinMan ERP implemented a WMS with online delivery diary, hand‑held terminal scanning, batch-level tracking and integrations to the website, Amazon and eBay, enabling in-store picking, packing and despatch. The change supported 20,109 product lines across sites and handled 14 million till transactions, 66,000 online orders and 44 million inventory records in 2018; after switching online picking to the Warrington store JTF offered 7,511 products online and saw a 41% uplift in orders, while gaining real‑time stock control, improved traceability and a scalable, future‑proof platform from WinMan ERP.
