EGL Homecare Limited, a European market leader in sponges, scourers and non-woven cloths with around 250 staff and over £22m turnover, faced tightening customer lead times (now around three days) and a demanding service target (>98.5% on‑time, in‑full). Their legacy Pegasus accounts package lacked stock control, MRP capability and plant/work‑order visibility, creating bottlenecks across receiving, manufacture, WIP flow and distribution. EGL selected WinMan ERP as the replacement to address these operational limits.

WinMan ERP was implemented (with consultant David Fisher), alongside hardware upgrades and a department-led training programme, to deliver true MRP, real-time visibility and improved planning.
