Centurion Europe Ltd, a leading trade-only supplier of tools, hardware and DIY products handling ~25,000 items and ~4,000 orders per month, was struggling with an ageing, unreliable business management system that froze daily, required extensive manual data fixes and left purchasing blind to on‑order stock. To restore accuracy, visibility and customer service levels, Centurion Europe selected WinMan ERP (from SSL WinMan) to replace its legacy software.

Working with a dedicated SSL WinMan resource, Centurion Europe implemented WinMan ERP with data cleansing, in‑house training and standard configuration (later adding EDI and Web Commerce), delivering real‑time stock visibility, automated replenishment, MRP for sub-assemblies and live reporting. WinMan ERP eliminated daily freezes and time spent correcting data, increased handling capacity, and produced measurable gains: 97% “in stock all the time,” 95% of orders supplied in full within 48 hours (60% within 24), a 75% stock turnover, fewer supplier calls and faster, more confident customer responses.
