Westin Design, a Huddersfield manufacturer of high‑end domestic kitchen extraction solutions, needed to scale bespoke, short‑lead‑time production while improving quoting accuracy, delivery performance, stock control and traceability. To replace spreadsheets and manual processes they implemented WinMan ERP — using the Product Configurator, Production Scheduling, MRP, CRM/SRM, Warehouse Management and the WinMan Go mobile app to support quoting, scheduling, inventory and customer/supplier management.

WinMan ERP provided an integrated configurator, real‑time production scheduling, MRP-driven inventory control and mobile warehouse picking, plus live KPI reporting. The result: Westin Design more than doubled productivity (over 100% in four years), increased on‑time delivery to 99% (up from ~50%), reduced stocktakes from two days to six hours, can assign accurate delivery dates within half an hour of order placement, and lowered stock levels while improving traceability and margins.
