Thermaset, a Staffordshire-based powder coating manufacturer founded in 1984, needed a robust, flexible and scalable system to replace multiple disparate applications and support growth. To meet these requirements they selected the WinMan ERP solution to provide an all‑in‑one platform with CRM, warehouse, financials and production management capabilities.

WinMan ERP implemented a single integrated system (including Warehouse Management, MRP and production scheduling), assigning a dedicated Implementation Manager, completing go‑live on schedule and delivering in‑house training. The new platform linked all departments, eliminated manual data transfers, automated despatch and picking notes, and gave planners and sales immediate order visibility — producing significant time and cost savings and measurable improvements in order tracking and inventory traceability.
