John Gosnell & Co. Limited, together with sister company Courtin & Warner, are manufacturers of cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and food who needed a best‑in‑class ERP to support strict quality assurance, full “cradle‑to‑grave” lot traceability, regulatory compliance (BRC, MHRA/GAMP), expiry‑date control and lean supply‑chain operations. They selected the WinMan ERP system to manage raw material receipt through finished‑goods delivery while meeting industry audit and traceability requirements.

WinMan ERP was implemented with validated GAMP‑compliant processes, test scripts, role‑based security and ECN controls, plus QA test management, inventory/MRP and robust lot traceability. The implementation helped secure MHRA validation and a three‑year compliance certificate, dramatically reduced product identification times in mock recalls, automated expiry rotation to lower waste and improved inventory lean‑ness and traceability — with WinMan ERP also supporting planned kiosk and document‑management rollouts.
