NDC Mats, also referred to in the case study as National Dust Control Solutions, is a commercial mat services provider in New York City and New Jersey. The company wanted to build internal lead generation without spending heavily on outside sources, while also improving coordination between frontline staff and the sales team. Wingmate provided its lead generation and pipeline management tools, including Frontline Lead Program, Simple CRM, and sales manager workflow support.
Wingmate implemented an integrated “trifecta” approach that captured leads from route staff, fed them into a simple CRM for the sales team, and improved lead qualification and communication across departments. The results included 60 closed deals in two months, a 60% conversion rate, and 80% employee engagement over two months. According to the customer, Wingmate made it easier to generate qualified leads, track the sales team, and strengthen collaboration.
