HAL, Inc., the maker of the C2C® project-focused logistics software used by four of the world’s six largest 3PLs, needed to improve its reporting component after finding its previous tool (JReport) costly, difficult to layout and tweak, and cumbersome to deploy (forcing an entire report catalog to be redeployed to fix a single report).
