Johnstone Supply, The Sheehan Group, a 13-location wholesale distributor in MI/OH, faced disparate voice and data networks, frequent outages, lack of resiliency and limited IT resources that disrupted phone order-taking and ERP access. They engaged Windstream Enterprise for a cloud-optimized network and security overhaul using SD-WAN Concierge along with fiber/T1 links, Dynamic PRI and Managed Network Security.
