Leading Food Retailer, a diverse company with eight stores, a headquarters and two distribution centers, was hampered by an aging MPLS network, frequent multi-day outages that stopped POS transactions, insufficient bandwidth, zero network visibility, and an end-of-life on-premises PBX. Windstream Enterprise was engaged to modernize the retailer’s infrastructure, proposing SD-WAN, OfficeSuite UC®, and the WE Connect portal to address these gaps.
