Prime Capital Financial, a growing wealth management firm now operating in 53+ locations, faced a fragmented, outage-prone network with connections from 15+ ISPs, no backup links, legacy firewalls and VPN, and little visibility or co‑management. To modernize and standardize its infrastructure, Prime Capital Financial engaged Windstream Enterprise for a cloud‑first network and security overhaul using SASE with SD‑WAN, FWaaS, Secure Web Gateway, Secure Defined Perimeter (SDP) and WE Connect.

Windstream Enterprise replaced the multiple ISP feeds with dual active/active access (primary Ethernet/cable plus cellular broadband), deployed ~400 SDP clients, and centralized security and management in the WE Connect portal. The result: eliminated network outages and delivered always‑on voice and data, simplified billing by consolidating ISPs to a single provider, reduced IT overhead, and produced measurable cost savings of about 30%, while improving employee productivity and the client experience.
