Blue Water Industries (BWI), a southeastern aggregate manufacturer with 25 locations serving eight states, faced unreliable legacy T1, POTS/PRI voice lines, limited bandwidth, frequent downtime and the burden of managing multiple vendors. To modernize and unify their communications, BWI engaged Windstream Enterprise to replace aging copper and analog phone systems with IP-based solutions including SD-WAN Concierge and OfficeSuite UC.

Windstream Enterprise deployed SD-WAN Concierge at all sites (25 locations), provisioned high‑bandwidth fiber/cable in an active/active configuration, and rolled out OfficeSuite UC for 100+ seats with WE Connect management. The result: dramatically improved reliability and resiliency, virtually eliminated outages, faster site deployments, measurable cost savings from retiring POTS/PRI, increased employee productivity and a better customer experience.
