Kannapolis City Schools, a North Carolina district of nine schools and two administrative buildings serving about 5,500 students, faced aging communications equipment, inconsistent connectivity across multiple locations, and tight budget constraints. To modernize and standardize communications while reducing complexity and costs, Kannapolis City Schools selected Windstream Enterprise and its UCaaS solution (Windstream Enterprise UCaaS Powered by Mitel).
