Access: Supports for Living, a non-profit healthcare organization with 11 locations across nine New York counties and 2,000 employees, faced limited bandwidth, aging voice and contact-center systems, frequent network outages, lack of redundancy, and the need to meet HIPAA/PHI requirements.
