Access: Supports for Living (Access) is a non-profit healthcare organization serving thousands of clients across 11 locations in New York with roughly 2,000 employees. Windstream Enterprise deployed SD-WAN and dual active/active connections across all sites, eliminated network outages, increased resiliency and bandwidth to support cloud EHRs and multiple simultaneous telehealth sessions, and implemented Avaya UCaaS for 500+ users and CCaaS for 25 agents to enable 24/7 patient routing. MNS and the WE Connect portal added CSOC-managed security and operational visibility, yielding measurable impact: no network outages, continuous 24/7 connectivity for patients, improved productivity, and freed IT staff to focus on strategic initiatives.
