To accelerate its digital transformation and improve communications for sales staff and customers, Koeppel engaged Windstream Enterprise for a modern network and voice solution.
Windstream Enterprise deployed OfficeSuite UC® across all five locations (over 300 phones), the WE Connect portal for centralized management, and SD‑WAN with fiber Ethernet in an active/active configuration to carry voice and data. The implementation unified voice across dealerships, eliminated frequent outages, improved voice and data performance and resiliency, simplified moves/adds/changes via WE Connect, and enabled Koeppel to disconnect most legacy POTS/tertiary access to realize cost savings.
