BrewUK, an English online retailer of home beer and wine kits, faced low-impact email marketing—mostly blanket “batch-and-blast” sends once or twice a week and almost no automation—so they needed a way to retain more customers and drive repeat purchases.
By adopting Windsor Circle’s Retention Automation Platform BrewUK launched 40+ lifecycle emails (upsells, cart recovery and segmented win‑back series).
